Q. How much will the Service cost me?
Twenty five pounds (£25) per year per sign is the only cost, the fee includes installation, maintenance & replacement of the warning signs should they require it.

Q. Do you operate under a contract?
Yes, UK Parking Solutions does not operate anywhere or for anyone without an agreed and signed operational contract.

Q. Am I covered for Public and Personal Liabilities?
Yes, UK Parking Solutions carry Public & Personal Liabilities cover of £10 and £5 million respectively.

Q. Are you fully licence and trained?
Yes, all our operatives have undergone extensive in house training in conjunction with the training and subsequent licensing of each individual with the Security Industry Authority.

Q. How often will my site be patrolled & enforced?
If you require the site to be patrolled and enforced on a regular basis this can of course be activated with the use of one of our local agents. Or you may prefer only to use the enforcement service on an ad hoc basis. The service can be tailored to your individual needs and is completely flexible.

Q. Will someone assess my requirements?
Yes, one of our area operations directors will conduct an initial meeting and site visit/survey to discuss your requirements and present UK Parking Solutions philosophy.

Q. Is there an appeals & complaints procedure?
Yes, we have an appeals and complaints department specifically dedicated to resolving any queries regarding the ethical treatment of the members of the public and the professional conduct of our personnel in the field.

Yes, we have dedicated staff at our headquarters dealing on a daily basis with the members of the public, our operatives and our client needs

Yes, all of our operatives are trained and licence in accordance with the government backed Security Industry Authority licensing scheme.
